"Quiet and very useful street"
Good access to public transport easy walk to most shops and services. However open spaces are limited. Since it is a local street traffic is limited. 40 km/hr is the limit on Glenferrie road. Multi dwelling developments are quite popular in the area given the proximity to popular Swinburne University. On street parking is available and important. Major trees in areas are prunus, pin oak, etc. Vegetation is dense.
This is street connects Lisson Grove and Riversdale Road. It is a narrow street with gentle slopes
Mainly used for residential purposes it has many related cul-de-sacs. Houses and residential developments are mixed in size and shape
