What is the Springbank waters development like? Are there problems with crime & drugs? What is the average price for a 3 bedroom home with a study, home theatre room & formal lounge. Any info would be helpfull as we are considering moving from the south of Adelaide possibely to this area

Hi, Springbank Waters is a nice, quiet modern estate. I no longer live or work in the area (moved to Gold Coast) but I'd definately recommend this development as one of the nicer, affordable parts of the north. Most homes are owner occupied or Defence housing so residents take pride in their homes. I used to regularly walk my dogs at 11 at night while dropping my real estate flyers with no issues. I think you'll be struggling to find a 3 bed with a theater. 3 bed prices are mostly in the low three, mid threes to low fours for a four bedroom that might be more suitable. Strong Price drops in Mawson Lakes have had a flow on effect to Springbank providing some great buying opportunities. If you can afford a bit more, I'd suggest looking at Mawson Lakes too as you're more likely to find a home that suits your needs and the infrastructure is much better. If you're on a tighter budget, the Pintillo Estate to the east side of Burton and Settlers Farm Estate in Paralowie are also nice, modern developments. The best agent to talk to to help find something suitable in Springbank is Matt Sergent at Brock Harcourts Salisbury, or for Mawson Lakes talk to George Psarros at Ray White Mawson Lakes. Good luck with your house hunting!
