It is a serious concern! The worst part is that council will not build retaining walls to ensure locals can keep there homes, what happens if some is hurt.. or even killed. Is council liable?? To make matters worse council will not let individual owners build rock walls to make sure there properties do not sink into the sea. Seems unfair Byron Bay is a great place and is an asset to our country!
