We looked at a house on the net at Watt St, is this an okay area?

i just read a lot of the things people had to say and we liked the look of the house in watt st,we knew it had been rented as owners tend to look after their investments better,yards,sceens etc,but no one said anything bad about watt st ,so i ask,is this an ok area fior an older couple who don't normally go out at night and are very secuity sensitive even in coffs harbour where we now live,
