Where are the unsafe streets of Capalaba?

I heard there are some unsafe areas in Capalaba. Could someone please tell me what these streets are? Also is the area around Larbonya Crescent safe? I'm looking to buy in the area from interstate but want to avoid streets with drunken teenagers wandering around.. Thanks

We lived for 8 years in between Cap Primary and Laboyna Cres pocket. We got out due to crime and nightly disturbances

I've lived near Larbonya Crescent in Capalaba for 38 years and have never seen a gang terrorising the neighbourhood. I feel safe and it is a lovely suburb to raise a family with lots of parks and good facilities.

Hi Kazzagill. I have worked in Capalaba for five years now and, like all of the Redlands, it is very safe. Crime such as burglaries and youth related violence is extremely rare and as TWB has said I've never heard of gangs of youths wandering the streets. Larbonya area is very nice with a good mix of houses including one that always wins one of the best Xmas lights prizes - it is fantastic.

Hi Kazzagill - I grew up in Capalaba with my parents on acerage on Mt Cotton Road and did not ever have any difficulties. I haven't actually heard of youths wandering the streets to be honest. We never ever experienced a break in. I have never felt unsafe.
