"Right on the border of Mitcham and Vermont"
Very popular due to being zoned in the Vermont Secondary School zone, but also due to its locality to bus links, parks and local shops.
I've rented many homes in this street and find vacancy rates are low as its popular with families. Most blocks are big with potential to development in the future (pending council approval).
