"A great place to enter the market in a booming area so close to Newington, Concord, West Ryde and Parramatta!"
So central - you just turn onto Silverwater Rd and it is so easy to get to many suburbs in Sydney you are literally right near the geographical centre of Sydney and have easy access to the Inner West, Ryde, West, Northern Beaches, Parramatta, Bankstown areas. The local residents are so friendly and with Ermington, Newington, Auburn and Parramatta shops close by a great place to live. Auburn and Strathfield stations are just a bus ride away and there are many convienient buses to diffrerent suburbs - we love living here :)
Parking is great on weekends and nights as no cars around but due to the many businesses can be harder to park between 9am and 5pm.
I have lived in Concord, Abbotsford, Kensington and Bondi Junction and can honestly say Silverwater is the friendliest place of them all and I feel completely safe there (and its so much more affordable!)
