Hi silverlining,
The Centre Road Medical Clinic in East Bentleigh isn't too far, they do bookings but also take walk ins.

You could also try Primary Medical & Dental Centre in Highett just next to Southland. They don't do appointments so there can be a lengthy wait but they bulk bill.

You don't need a concession card to be bulk billed at either of these clinics.
