Are you moving to the area?
i don't live in Caroline Springs myself but i have a couple of friends in the area and they've said the internet is still an issue as they haven't been able to get unlimited and some areas are just 'black spots'
Also the train station is meant to be opening a bit later than planned, early next year was the last i heard.
