Here's my two cents. Im not an agent and have purchased and living here since September 2018. The agent who sold us this property was very honest about the suburb.
It is a great place to live.

Being a local agent, I have sold a lot of homes in this area and surrounding. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love Carseldine, and this why it is where I recently purchased my new family home.
