Cascade is the best street in North Balwyn. Located in the prestigious "Riverside Estate" it houses the most expensive properties in North Balwyn. It is within a short walking distance to both bus and tram.

"Nice houses - Close to freeway"
Cascade street has some superb houses, especially at the Bullen Rd end where the block sizes are big with tennis courts.

North Balwyns most expensive street. Highest house sale in Balwyn and North Balwyn, happened in Nov 2007, $3.9 million dollars.
All homes in this estate have single covenant dwellings with no apartments or units. "THE" street to live in! Only 12 minutes to the city with no tolls etc. One of Booroondara city councils finest streets.
