Reviews of Chain Valley Bay, NSW
"On the shores of Lake Macquarie"
Popular for boating enthusiasts, Chain Valley Bay is on the northern end of the Central Coast, wrapping the shores of Lake Macquarie. This quiet suburb is a wonderful home for families and retirees. The small drive in is surrounded bu trees and acreages which creates the perfect switch off zone before reaching home Chain Valley Bay itself has a takeaway, bottleshop and great boat ramp with larger shops and Woolworths and all levels of schooling in neighbouring suburb Lake Munmorah. The close proximity to the M1 makes this an ideal destination for commuters.
The majority of homes are owner occupied and with little supply of rental properties, this suburb provides investment potential.
