"Great neighbourly atmosphere in this well presented quiet cul-de-sac"
Great neighbourly spirit in this street as you will quite often see the neighbours all catching up out the front.
As it is a cul-de-sac there is hardly any traffic.
There is a park to the rear of the houses on the east side of Chapel Court and a football/cricket oval just around the corner.
Schools - St Lukes within a 200m walk. Within the Woodvale SHS zoning (rated 2nd best public school in the state).
Overall a well positioned street in a great location.
