"Everything at your doorstep"
This stunningly located street can get a little busy, as many locals use it to bypass the Glenlyon Road/ Sydney Road intersection, however if a little through traffic does not bother you, it is the perfect location to enjoy everything Brunswick has to offer.
With Sydney Road Trams and the Jewell Station a short walk away, you also have Barkly Square shopping centre, restaurants and some of Brunswicks very best cafes at your disposal. I particularly love "Two Little Pigs" for brunch, or "Code Black" on Weston Street.
The apartments in this street are very spacious, and tend to fetch a high rent, the homes are a great mix of owner occupiers and long term tenants, so if you see a house come up for lease, snap it up quickly!!
