Chipping Road, City Beach, WA 6015

Chipping road is the premier Western facing road overlooking the ocean in middle City Beach. Unfortunately as well as overlooking the magnificent ocean, it also looks directly onto the increasing busy West Coast highway. Public transport is excellent as it is on a bus route and has direct access to the highway, Hale road and the Boulevard. Although the views are excellent, the harsh Western sun, the traffic noise and the stiff ocean breeze make for slightly uncomfortable living. Many of the houses in the street have been extremely well designed to cope with these problems, and at the end of the day, gazing over a 180 degree unobstructed ocean view is extremely appealing
