Reviews of Churchill Crescent, Newstead

"Fall in love with the views and the lifestyle"

Churchill Crescent is a quiet, controlled access no through road with magnificent vistas across the North Esk river valley towards Mount Arthur, Mount Barrow and Ben Lomond National Park. At its most beautiful in late spring, when snow still occasionally dusts the mountaintops, the valley is green and trees bloom, fragrantly on the breeze. Gathering early morning sun and overlooking the valley emblazonned by the setting sun, those homes with outdoor decks to take most advantage of the North Easterly aspect are blessed indeed. The aroma's of barbeques drift down the streets and quiet cellebrations of all that life has to offer can make those precious evenings an everyday event. Access to the excellent East Launceston Primary School or the Junior private school campuses for Scotch Oakburn or Launceston Church Grammar make this a sensational location for young families. Access to secondary schools and colleges is also convenient. A gentle stroll down David Street to the centre of Newstead or along High Street towards the city, rewards with access to wonderful cafes and facilities. And when you have finished you could walk home, or keep a spare $10 which will normally get you a taxi home with change to spare. A wonderful location indeed.
