It really depends on what you're looking for, but if money were no object for me, I would probably choose to live in Indian Hill, a ritzy Cincinnati suburb. Indian Hill is an all residential neighborhood with large homes on large lots. While I live the amenities offered in mixed neighborhoods, I really don't like having neighbors on top of me. In Indian Hill that is not a problem as lots are typically an acre or larger. Indian Hill is also conveniently located to all the places I like to go with easy access to the interstate. That being said, there are several other lovely neighborhoods in Cincinnati that I might choose if I could afford the perfect home. The Hyde Park/Mt. Lookout area has some lovely old homes that are somewhat secluded from the business areas and I find the area near Ault Park to be especially attractive. Clifton also has some nice, large homes. While I don't like neighbors on-top-of neighbors, I do like the convenience of a walkable neighborhood, so I might even consider someplace in Downtown Cincinnati/Over-The-Rhine, if I could afford the perfect property.

It definitely depends on the amenities you are looking for so it's a hard question to answer. Please elaborate and we may be able to narrow it down.
