Does the public housing area in Claremont effect the neighbourhood?

Not overly any more, Claremont is certainly not what it would have been 20 years ago, there are still the odd rough resident or two but most have been replaced by working class people. Just check out your new street before committing. Most areas of claremont are very nice.
