""Clarence Gardens - A quality suburb!""

Closest shopping centres are Castle Plaza which offers a Target, Flight Centre, Newsagency, Michel's Patisserie, Foodland, Coles and many other retailers. A popular hairdresser for men is the one located on South Road near the Avoca Hotel where no appointments are necessary and you can often just walk in off the street. The Avoca Hotel has been renovated well and offers good pub meals and a nice atmosphere & place to meet friends for drinks.

Edwardstown Primary School is one of the main primary schools in the area. Buses operating off South Road offer students in the area a reasonably direct route to Flinders University or the Adelaide CBD.

There are a lot of lovely streets in Clarence Gardens, often wide and tree lined offering plenty of shade during the Summer months. A lovely suburb to live in, very quiet and well kept homes in the area showcasing that residents take pride in their gardens and homes.

Great for

  • Close to Castle Plaza
  • Bus Routes To The CBD & Flinders University
  • 15 minutes to Glenelg Beach

"Perfect spot"

We bought a house in Clarence Gardens about 2 years ago, and couldn't be happier.
Lovely neighbours, quiet streets, big bocks and virtually 15 minutes to anywhere!
We enjoy the local parks, extremely convenient location and all facilities right near by.
