"Quite handy location you never want to leave/SELL YOUR CAR!!"

This street is just a simple street, as I have been living here for 11 years now with no sort of action in a bad way. Not many pets on the street just the regular amount maybe like 4 cats and 3-4dogs. 2min walk to tram or 5min beach or local shops/main st. 7min tram ride to crown casino so everything is at your feet basically. Honestly the only thing to dislike is the cost of rent in the area but that is pretty obvious that it is over priced due to being so close to transport and the beach. I love the fact that everything is a tram ride away and that is especially good if you dont want to harm the environment with the car
(within a max 10min walk)
SCHOOLS: yes SHOPPING STRIP: yes PUBLIC TRANSPORT: yes MILK BAR: yes
PARK/BBALL COURT: yes RESTAURANT/PUB/CAFE: yes

SO DONT PAY REGO FOR THE CAR OR SERVICE FEES + GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

"Too close to the tram lines."

Clifford Street in Port Melbourne is not part of the Beacon Cove apartments, and it shows. It is a very wide street mostly brick and weatherboard frontages...but don't let that fool you. All the front yards are very much run down, and while there are some families here, graffiti plagues the street as it is so close to the tram lines.

Streets like this on in Port Melbourne should probably be avoided...after all, if you are in port melbourne, you at least want to be in a nice street!

eXplorA Hi I dont know when you saw this place or for how long but i have lived here for 11 years and it is one of the most peaceful neighbourhoods in port melbourne and i know port melbourne really well. Also their no weatherboard homes here these homes were built in 1995. Also the front yards cant be run down as these home get private special maintenance once year to the fencing. their was only one home right in the middle of the street who used to sell old things at the markets but they have now been thrown out due to the state of the home. Also the graffiti gets cleaned on call of the coucil which is what we usually do.
