Buying in Clifton Park WA?

My husband and I have just moved over from the east coast to the Bunbury area in WA for work. We are looking at buying a home and have been looking around all areas close to Bunbury. We have viewed a house we really like in Clifton Park close to the Collie River. Would love to know more about the suburb and if its a nice part of Bunbury. TIA
