"Snakes, and other nasty pests"
There are multitudes of snakes every summer. There are warnings about it at the beginning of the street, it's that bad. During winter all of the street floods because of the water table & then in summer it dries & cracks because it's all clay. Oh and the ants! during summer where ever there is water, be it inside or out, there will be ants. Ants in the shower, ant in the sink & constantly all over the floor surfaces.

why do you live there than??????????? how about the bird santuary and the friendly neighbours all 2 of them? it is a lovely quite street with real county feel and immediate easy access to the freeway. Snakes are everywhere on rural properties.
