Cochrane Street, Mitcham, VIC 3132

Established in the late 1950s, early 60s and situated at the bottom of a hill, Cochrane Street runs from Orient Avenue all the way through to Maroondah Hwy. It links the lovely Simpson Park Reserve with Somers Trail, making it a popular thoroughfare for families and dog walkers alike. A number of dual occupancies and units exist at the end closest to the trainline and many other homes are beginning to be renovated and rejuvinated as the next generation slowly move in. Certainly a street on its way up!
