This is a great street to live in. Very quiet all day all night, all the neighbours either get along or keep to themselves.No barking dogs or cats roaming the streets at night. Very safe for the kids to kick a footy on the street, as we only have local traffic (who live on the street only). Everyone looks after their garden and all the homes have nice street appeal. There are several new primary schools ranging from a 2 minute stroll to a 10 minute walk. There is a minor shopping centre walking distance and a major shopping centre only a 10 - 15 minute drive. There is a local pub with bottleshop and restaurant a short 5 minute stroll away or a 15 minute drive from the night life scene.

Within the estate there are plenty of reserves with BBQ facilities (free) and kiddies swing and climbing sets etc. Walkways to the beach and golf course and plenty of fitness centres/ gyms a short bike ride or power walk. A small Bunnings and Collie and Sons hardware stores a 4 minute drive away for the handyman.
