If you want Yum Cha and don't mind a bit of a drive try Serenade Palace, Warwick. Great for a weekend brunch around midday. You can't reserve a table but they run a ticket system which works well and you don't usually have to wait more than 20 mins on a busy day. Finishes at 3pm.
