Glad I bought when I did because I could never afford to live here if I had to buy now.
Quiet street, friendly neighbours. Lived there for over ten years.
Close to good sopping, public transport, all the funky eateries but far enough to be quiet.
Annual street garage sale and get together.

- Rat runners in the street during peak hour
- Neighbours who park in front of my house because they have 4 cars in their household and no garage
