Coppin Grove surrounds a small hill which falls steeply towards Yarra River on two sides.
There are large and grand houses with large exotic front gardens. It has moderate to steep slopes because of hill formation.
Dominant use is residential. It is close to state college of Victoria.
Traffic is limited due to the topography of the area.
Size of houses range around 700-800 sq meters.
You can have spectacular views from the central hills in all direction which is also shared by Shakespeare Grove and Yarra street
