"Green strip in incredible Suburb"
A wide well maintained park runs nearly the entire length of this road providing a stunning additional front yard space to your property. Public transport access via Tapleys Hill and Henley Beach Roads very close walk away. The Linear walking trail along the Torrens is also quite close leading on new adventures to the nearby beach or towards the CBD.

Coral Sea Road is a 3 minute walk to the first/last "Go-Zone" bus transport, it's an 18 minute trip to the centre of the CBD. It's a 5 minute WALK to the beach and Henley Square is a buzz all weekend. Coral Sea Road is very quiet, many people have lived there for quite some time and are very respectful and friendly with some wonderful tales to tell.
The Rotunda and the reserve itself are magnificent, it gets mowed regularly by Council and is used in many varied ways from flying a toy hellicopter, yes that's right to playing catch with your dog. It's a dog friendly reserve and has a seperate area with a playground for the kids.
