Corlett is a very pretty street that is centrally located with everything at your finger tips. The parks in the area are especially a stand out.

Corlett Street is a really nice short street, with only 16 individual properties. However, the property at Number 12 lets down the rest of the street. It's a hoarder's property with a tumble-down neglected weatherboard house which has it's front porch piled high with decaying garbage. It has many old rusty bomb cars in the yard and on the footpath, the grass is usually knee high. The disgraceful state of this property is a blight on the rest of the otherwise desirable location.

Could not agree more, schools are great as are the local parks.

Corlett Street is a really nice little street with only 16 separate properties, however, the disgraceful hoarder's home at Number 12 lets down the whole street. The house is falling apart, the front porch is piled high with decaying garbage, it has a lot of old rusting bomb cars in the yard and footpath, the grass is knee high and gives a general appearance of neglect. The Council needs to get the owners to clean up for the sake of their neighbours, if not for their own self esteem.
