"Good handy position"
Listening to the locals telling me why they love the area, they will every time say to me - "I love it here because it is..."
* Close to the busses (exceptional transport system)
* Access to the freeway is perfect
* It is so close to Carindale and Garden City Shopping Centres
It's quite funny as they will even quote them in the same order each time.
