Reviews of Cotoneaster Ra, Stirling
"Fantastic quiet culdesac"
Quiet culdesac with easy access to parks, transport and shops. Very close to various schools and many parks in the area, including the lake area at Roselea.
Bus stop just on Karrinyup Rd with easy access via pedestrian way at end of culdesac. Buses go both ways to/from Stirling train station and to/from Perth city. Train is also easy walk via George St.
Park at the lake in Roselea is as good as a second back yard for the kids and very pretty. Corner store on Jones St, or and stone's throw to corner of Cedric St and Karrinyup for more gourmet fair, liquor store, cafe, pizza, Subway and Chooks Fresh n Tasty.
Easy access via Cedric St to Innaloo shopping centre or a short drive to Karrinyup.
For commuting to Perth city, public transport is so easy, but even if you drive it is only 15 mins in peak hour on a bad day. Cycling to the city is a nice 25 - 30 mins (about 10km) , with easy access via Telford Rd to freeway bike paths.
TV (free to air) and internet reception are awesome, via cable so virtually uninterrupted.

"Everything at your fingertips"
Cotoneaster Ramble is a terrific spot all round. Has easy access to excellent parks, kids' playgrounds, cafes, shopping, public transport and a variety of great open spaces that are ideal for picnics, sport or just spending some time soaking up the atmosphere. The local council and various community organisations put on great local events throughout the year.
A variety of schools close by, lots to do if you like getting out and about, and plenty of locals who take genuine pride in their home and local community. I would definitely recommend living there.
Surprisingly peaceful in terms of traffic noise as a result of some sensible planning by the developers/local council and the nice quiet cul-de-sac location.
