I live near there, and have never had a problem with crime. It is a great place to live.

Hi,
Not that I know of.
It is quite a busy road
If you are at all worried, I would door knock, tell the neighbours your looking to buy this house...
And get a feel for the area that way, and ask them questions.
I think thats good advice regardless of where you are looking to buy.
Drive past the house at various times of days to see what the street is like at other times of the day.

No crime in cranebrook it is a very nice street. I have lived here for many many years, my children have grown up here. You will enjoy
