"Close to all amenities"
Very close to the new target development, local supermarkets, 5 minutes from the university and walking distance to all mowbray has on offer. Crawford street has a great feel and a 5 minute drive to the Launceston CBD. Affordable renting opportunities and to purchase if looking to invest or move to the area. Working around the area for over 15 years, I have found this area of Mowbray to be quite pleasant.
