As a local real estate agent I am selling a home currently at #80. The homes in the area appear to have been build around the 1980's, all the power is underground, and are a very generous size. Bedrooms are large, living areas are very generous. I am very impressed with the local playground and lake which is within easy walking distance - not too many outsiders even know about this. The other benefit that my Vendors rave about is all the small shops at "Metropole" including McDonalds. I would not hesitate to live here or recommend this to friends..

What can I say about Tristania Way, it's a great place to live. We have great neighbours, who you can have a laugh and drink with, whilst the kids are playing.
