Reviews of Curtin Avenue, Abbotsford

"Mozzie Bitten"

I lived at Curtin Avenue for 10 years and found it to be the most boring street/suburb in Sydney. The reason why I purchased my first house in this area is because I purchased a defunct Department of Housing property which was in expensive but at the same time lacked any style or character. I found the area boring and after seeing the type of people moving into the area I decided it was time to leave. What made me expedite my sale was the fact the government approved a very large complex for low housing which brought the area down and caused alot of undesirables to come and live in the area. This is what made up my mind to sell and move to a better area to suit my needs. Overall this street is a street for low income earners who like to think they live by the sea/water when in fact they are living by a mosquito infested bay.
