Prices differ. From 600,000 up. But if you are looking for a bargain, look along Chatswood rd. It is walking distance to public and private schools, shops, bus routes, and it is wide with a parking lane. As prices are flat, look for a house that needs renovations as they will be priced in the 600k’s and will gain the most $$$ over time.
