"Serpentine road like a dragon's back. Excellent fengshui."
Many smart eastern suburbs and inner city people looking here due to the proximity to the city, safe green environment for young families. Already houses have been knocked down and rebuilt with quality modern residences. Perfect area to knock down and rebuild with modern stately residences due to good sized blocks of land and liveability. Easy to demolish 1940-1960s cottages.

"Homes, Park and Kindy"
Despite the fact that it runs off the busy Mowbray Road, this street retains a relaxed and comfortable feel. Its homes are large, and several have been knocked down and redeveloped. Dalrymple Avenue sits on the border of Chatswood and Lane Cove North, and it is home to the Chatswood West Pre School and a lovely, gum-tree studded park.
