"Beautiful part of the South West"

I have lived in Florida Beach in Dawesville for over a year now. It is abundant with pristine beaches, nature and wildlife. There is a great community sense with passionate people in the area. Very quiet and a feeling of being at home.

"Little paradise in Wa"

It was my dream since I saw this place.

I lived in Perth ( city beach) and I moved out here because of:
Slow down the "life-engine"
Take the bests of the life after work in busy town
Achieve life goal: life on the beach
Please with the nature
All those goals and much more...achieved in this particular town: Dawesville, Wa, Australia.

"Too much to choose from"

Dawesville offers so many choices my biggest decision each day is whether to walk or cycle to one of the local beaches, the beautiful Estuary, take a short road trip to the Busselton/Margaret River region or perhaps the nearby state forests, rivers and much more throughout the Peel region. Dawesville and the surrounding suburbs offer all we need in the way of shopping and amenities and is only 10 minutes from the major centre of Mandurah.

"Pristine. Picture Perfect"

Beautiful safe and quiet suburb. There is a local IGA, medical centre and service station. A Coles supermarket to be built in the future. Every other retail store only a 20minute drive to Mandurah.
Two very good Primary Schools. Very community minded.
An estuary to the East and the ocean to the West. Water sports aplenty.
Yallingup National Park borders Dawesville so you will have Kangaroos on your doorstep.
Visit the Thrombolites (living fossils) at Lake Clifton.
The Dawesville Cut is an artificial channel connecting the estuary to the ocean and is not only stunning but a great place to fish.
Come visit the dolphins or a game of golf at The Cut golf course.
Everyday in Dawesville feels like a holiday.

"Sun, Surf and Water."

A stunning part of the world with the Indian Ocean on one side and the Estuary on the other. Beautiful water vistas are a staple of Dawesville's tranquil suburban area.
Idyllic lifestyle with a choice of beach, estuary or canal residences. A safe and peaceful location.
Surfing, boating, crabbing and fishing are only some of the water activities enjoyed by the locals. Two primary schools, public and Catholic. The Cut golf course and a small shopping centre consisting of a medical centre and small supermarket.

Rentals in Dawesville

"Best ever south of Mandurah!"

Best place further south of Mandurah, lots of Schools, Parks, Reserves and Beaches, which makes this my first preference to live in Mandurah!

"A great place for families and retirees with the beach, the estuary and the cut."

Great primary schools, the best scenery in Western Australia, social clubs including golf, surf lifesaving, boardriding, sailing, bowling, croquet, playgroup, etc etc. There is never any trouble and feel like you live a holiday. House prices are really affordable with the option to go for something a little closer to the beach as you move up the property market.

Overall it has a great community spirit and the more you immerse yourself into that community the more you will get in return.

Great place to live.
