I'm looking to buy into a property in Higgs St just wondering what the area is like around there?

The top half of Higgs Street is industrial / commercial but the lower end moves back into residential. From what I understand it's not a bad area, but please do your research before you commit. There are some really lovely parts of Deception Bay and surrounding areas. Write up your 'wish list' first and then see how many ticks you can put next to the list in all parts of the Bay.
