"Friendly welcoming neighbourhood with plenty of parklands!"
Derby Street, Camperdown is a quiet little street with a great welcoming neighbourhood, nearby you have a dog park and play ground as well as a big oval and other recreational facilities including tennis courts and bowls. By the oval is a lovely cafe or if you prefer a bakery it is on the other side of the oval.
Perfect for young families with a childcare facility within 1 minute walk of Derby St. There is also a corner stores for your last minute requirements, down the road there is a gym, not too mentioned plenty of medical facilities nearby.
Although not many houses in the street have parking spots there is never a problem find one.
If you are an investor rentals are alway very quick to be snapped up with the hospital and university both within walking distance.
