What is the build quality of the townhouses that back on to Harbourtown shopping area?

I haven't lived in one but I have been into a couple for rental appraisals. They seem to be reasonably well built and sound-proofed. The majority were purchased off the plan. By all accounts the initial purchasers paid too much - based on the promise that Docklands and Harbourtown would spring into life! Harbourtown stumbled badly when the wheel was closed down... you may be able to find more information through old media reports - there has been a number of stories completed on the area over recent years.
