"Great area for first home buyers"
walking distance to buses that take you to both Fremantle and Perth. Walking distance to Kardinya Shopping Centre (Coles Supermarket and IGA) and North lake Campas.
Catch a bus straight to Murdoch University and the new Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Doherty Road is a quiet street, with a lovely park and play ground for the kids. A lot of new homes being built on Doherty Road, making the street look very nice.
A recommended area to live and a great place to buy if you're looking for an investment property. Lots of students and nurses from Murdoch Hospital always looking for close by housing. Great place for kids as there are lots of parks.
