"Great location as walking distance to shops, transport and amenities. The short walk to tne station is of value as it means you don't arrive at work in town smelling like a builder' s labourer!"

Yes and as it's becoming harder to park at train stations, being able to walk the short distance is a drawcard. No arriving at work smelling like a builder's labourer!
