No flooding during 2011 or 2013 floods. Certain lower areas will get water on the road, but nothing serious at all.

no. flood lines on this online map: http://elbqra-139728069.ap-southeast-1.elb.amazonaws.com/qrainteractive/ show that, as Em87 stated it was not flooded in 2011.
on that map you need to click the 2010-2011 interim flood lines option.

Not typically. If so it would be low level flooding, it wasn't really affected by the 2011 floods.
