Distance from Doreen to Maroondah Hospital?
I am relocating and think Doreen looks like a great place to buy...as there is no train is there a bus service and how long does it take to drive to Maroondah hospital or central Melbourne in peak?

The best way in is by catching a train from South Morang or Donnybrook stations, short drive.

Doreen is a lovely place to live. The distance to Ringwood North is between 25 to 30 minutes if you travel via Hurstbridge, Kangaroo Ground and Warrandyte. I have never travelled in the traditional peak times but since its countryside and there are no red lights or anything I dont anticipate the time to be significantly greater in peak times. The time to the CBD in off peak is 35 to 40 minutes in peak and 60 to 65 minutes in peak.
