Is Double Bay the new hotspot for restaurants?

I keep hearing about all of the new places opening. And now that Chinta Ria is moving to Double Bay because of not being able to negotiate a new lease in Cockle Bay, I'm starting to think that Double Bay is becoming the new Surrey Hills. Thoughts?

Chinta is great, I have been a few times, Fish Face is doing well too. Niji is one the best Japanese retaurants in the area.
Miss Chu will be making a debut soon as well. With the upgrade and revamp of Double Bay, people will be returning to the area and in turn all the restaurants, old and new will reap the benefit.

Good restaurant suggestions! I've also heard Spice Market is really good value for money in the area as well? What are your thoughts on that? Is it a good Thai restaurant?
