"Good, central location"
It's a quiet street and close to train and tram. The new Coles complex at the showgrounds is a new added bonus, with good locality to the city and also other northern suburbs. Only 15 minute walk to Puckle Street and only about 15 minutes by car to the Airport.
Living close to the Racecourse is handy not only for the races but other events held there. I have and still thoroughly enjoy this location.
