"Great for parks and library"
I live at the end of Dumond street and I find it great. Theres shops, a chemist, parks, and the free hop-on hop-off bus to curtin. My complex has security fencing and we have never had a problem. And for so close to the city it is really cheap!

"Dodgy and unsafe neighourhood"
A dodgy neighourhood to live in with high break-in and assault cases. The only advantage of this neighourhood is it is pretty close to Curtin University, which is around 25 minutes of walking distance. The walking route to the university is not safe even during day time. Waterford/Karawara would be better options for student accomodations.
