What's so special about Dural that is has such epic homes?

Dural is a very nice suburb filled with acreages. Homes are large. It is a very green leafy suburb with many public and private schools within reach. Dural is relatively close to the main suburb of Castle Hill which has the major shopping centre. Both suburbs belong to the Hills Council which is quite affluent

That is an interesting question...Dural offers a leafy country lifestyle in a way which is similar to the likes of Bowral, yet it is within an hour travel from the CBD.
It also offers huge arceage and many celebrities have chosen this area - I personally love it
