What segments of people live in the East Perth area?

Generally they seem to be professional types, but I think it is more about people who don't feel a need for backyards and want to be close to the city for whatever reason. Maybe their job or maybe just because it was the trendy thing to do a few years back. I think it is the type of housing that suits for some and not for others. I need space and greenery around me to feel happy.

You'll mostly find torsos, and occasionally torso's with legs or arms. It is very rare to see a head and a leg in the same area at the same time.

Actually I saw a pair of legs down by the causeway the other day, and some arms by the WACA, so they're not too uncommon.
